Inspection Process
Efficient on site, complete in documentation.
- Preliminary list: Equipment names, capacities, locations and previous reports are collected.
- Planning: Preparation, shutdown requirements and site access are confirmed.
- Inspection: Visual, functional and required measurements are carried out for the relevant equipment type.
- Report: Findings, photographs and nonconformities are recorded clearly.
- Follow-up: Maintenance actions and the next inspection date are communicated to the client.
After the Inspection
Identifying a nonconformity is not enough; the route to resolution must also be clear.
FORTAS keeps inspection services contractually separate from maintenance or corrective work. The client may proceed with its own team or another contractor while retaining a clear technical action list.
